PSG Construction completed a new administrative and retail centre for Ptáček – správa, a. s. in Kroměříž in less than one year. The development provides a showroom for heating and bathroom products together with four independent retail units offering a total leasable area of 1,230 m². The project builds on PSG Construction's long-standing cooperation with Ptáček – správa, a. s. following the successful delivery of a similar development in Hodonín.
