Our story begins in 1924, when the "shoe king" Tomas Bata founded a construction department in his growing empire, which later became our company. For Bata, we built all kinds of structures - from factory buildings to residential houses to railways.
A major milestone occurred in 1959, the year we first entered the PSG brand. In the second half of the last century, we began to specialise in residential and, above all, industrial construction. In addition to the domestic market, we also focused on foreign markets, which is why you can find our buildings in more than twenty countries on four continents - including Antarctica, where we built a polar station.
We are currently building civic amenities, residential construction and technologically demanding industrial buildings throughout the Czech Republic. We rely on our own production of reinforced concrete structures, a concrete plant, an experienced team of designers and experts in technical building equipment. In the long term, we are focusing on expanding our service offering and strengthening our self-sufficiency, which enables us to be more flexible, more reliable and a more cost-effective choice for investors. We draw inspiration from more than a century of history, while constantly moving forward with an emphasis on innovation and sustainability.
The beginning of PSG = the creation of the construction department at the Baťa concern. Before World War II, the construction department expanded into Europe and India.

Completion of our factory of prefabricated structures in Otrokovice-Kvítkovice.
Abolition of the national enterprise, after coupon privatisation, the PSG Community is created.
The PSG construction group is majority controlled by the Surovič family.
Creation of production plants in Prague, Brno and Ostrava.
Winning the Building of the Year Award of the Zlín Region (production plant Hirschmann Czech s.r.o.).
We were awarded 1st place in the Fair Employer of the Zlín Region competition.

Winning the Construction Company of the Year award in the category of medium-sized companies. We successfully defended victory in the Employer of the Region poll with up to 500 employees for the Zlín Region.
Winner of the prestigious national award Building of the Year (Multifunctional sports center KAPKA resort). For the third time in a row we also won the poll for Employer of the Region with up to 500 employees for the Zlín Region.
