The larger building, the Retail Park, is in the L shape, size 144 x 60 (+24) m, clear height approx. 4,5m, a three-bay hall with the 12x18m module, extended by a two-bay annex in the module 12x 12m. The rectangular building of Baumax is a hall of area 75 x 145m, height under the girder is approx. 6m.
