PSG Construction completed a new community housing facility for seniors in Petrovice u Karviné in less than 14 months. The U-shaped development provides 25 fully accessible apartments with capacity for 40 residents, together with communal facilities, a dining area and technical infrastructure. Designed around a private landscaped courtyard, the building combines modern architectural design with comfortable, barrier-free living for older residents.
